Return Policy
Tradecraftcigars.com offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you do not feel what you ordered met your expectations, or was damaged you may return it in it’s original condition within 30 days of purchase for an account credit.
Contact us as soon as possible if your package is received damaged or not the items you ordered.
Cigar returns will only be accepted with the original cellophane wrapper intact.
Tobacco will only be accepted in the original container.
Free Promotional Items – All defective free or promotional items must be returned by the customer at customer cost. Replacement will be issued when it is received by tradecraftcigars.com and is subject to availability.
To make a return please e-mail us at orders@tradecraftcigars.com for a Return Authorization Number within 10 days of receipt of your order. When returning merchandise, please repack the item carefully and return it INSURED within the prescribed time above. We will pay for return shipping if your package was damaged or it was our error when it reached you.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
