Gladius

The Gladius is the cornerstone of Tradecraft Cigars core line.  It exemplifies everything we love and look for in a blend.  Crafted by Wiber Ventura at Tabacalera William Ventura, the Gladius boasts perfect construction in all it's vitolas.  The cigar pays homage to the history of the mighty Roman Empire, and the sword yielded by it's Legionaires in battle.

The Gladius features a fire cured San Andres Maduro wrapper grown and supplied from the famed Turrent Family that has been aged from 3-5 years prior to application.  Under the wrapper an Ecuadorian Sumatran Binder encases fillers of Pennsylvania Broadleaf, PA, Ecuadorian Puntiao and Corojo.  

The flavor profile of The Gladius is clean, consistent, full and unlike anything we have smoked.  Expect robust notes of bakers chocolate, meaty savoriness, bakers spices and earth.  The retrohale is equally as complex, with notes of citrus and cinnamon.  The smoke of this cigar causes a pleasant mouth watering effect that keeps you wanting more.
